BREATHE BEYOND LIMITS.

You know how to perform under pressure.
But have you learned how to switch it off?

BREATHE. FEEL. GROW.

Discover a science-based method to reduce stress, sharpen focus, and cultivate deeper awareness.

Why Breathwork Works.

Stress isn’t a sign of weakness – it’s a sign of an overloaded nervous system.
Conscious breathing is the simplest way to regulate it.

Targeted breathing techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system – your body’s natural anti-stress mechanism.

Breathwork works like a mental reset:
It keeps your mind clear, your heart calm – and your performance steady in everyday life.

How Breathwork Works

Every thought and every emotion changes your breath.
Breathwork reverses that relationship — you use the breath to change your state.

Activation

Through rhythmic breathing, your stress response shifts. Your body receives the signal: you are safe.

Release

Deeper layers of tension — physical, emotional, and mental — begin to release.
Many describe it as “an invisible weight lifting off.”

Integration

The breath slows, and the nervous system comes back into balance. You feel awake, calm, and present — like after deep sleep or a sudden moment of clarity.

The brain, body, and heart begin to work together again as one system.

The result:
More focus, better sleep, noticeably more energy, and clearer decisions.

References from participants –

I’ve now experienced two group sessions with Arthur. The first time, I joined mainly out of curiosity and was deeply relaxed and calmed by his sensitive guidance through the breathwork. The second time, I came with a specific issue that had been on my mind for a while. This session was much more intense for me, and I was able to see my concern from a new, more neutral perspective. I can highly recommend Arthur’s breathwork sessions to everyone and am already looking forward to my first one-on-one session with him!

Tim

The breathwork session was an incredible experience – it’s amazing what you can achieve through breathing alone. I felt completely in tune with myself, my mind was quiet. The feeling afterwards: free, balanced, and relaxed. It’s almost impossible to put into words – you have to experience and feel it yourself. Thank you, Arthur, for this experience and the insights it brought me!

Ilona

Arthur has such a gentle and caring way of guiding the process that unfolds during a breathwork session. I was able to open up completely in trust and look deeply into my hidden shadows. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me integrate these insights.

Anna

The session with you was truly “breathtaking.” You guided me through this intimate experience with so much sensitivity, and your choice of music made everything even more powerful. I was impressed by how quickly you were able to connect things in my life that seemed completely unrelated. It was a fascinating and memorable experience — and it definitely left me wanting more!

Kerstin

Through Arthur’s calm and warm yet clearly guiding presence, I was able to sink quickly into a deep breathing process. He asked the right questions at just the right moments, allowing my inner resistance — the blocks I kept running into — to gently dissolve so I could reach the root of my issue. Thank you for your wonderful work, Arthur — it truly was a gift for me.

About Me

I’m Dr. Arthur Krause — scientist, breathwork teacher, and someone exploring how performance and stillness come together.

After completing my PhD in lung cancer research, I worked in management consulting and marketing — in worlds defined by speed, pressure, and expectations.
At some point, I no longer wanted to just understand how the body responds to stress, but how it releases it.

This search led me from laboratories in Europe to gurus in India, shamans in the Amazon, neuroscientists, and breathwork pioneers who make the invisible visible.

Today, I bring together science, breath, and over 25 years of experience in martial arts, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation — precise, clear, and grounded.
I see myself as an experimental guide who shares only what truly works: helping people breathe consciously, release tension, and reconnect with their natural rhythm.

Because calm doesn’t come from stillness —
it arises when body and mind move in the same breath.

The fastest way to change your mind is to breathe.

FAQ

What happens in a breathwork session?

A session lasts about 90 minutes:

  1. Arriving & setting an intention — a short intro and a chance to focus on your topic.
  2. Guided breath journey — you breathe in a safe, clearly structured rhythm, supported by music and guidance.
  3. Integration — reflecting and gently coming back, so you can mentally anchor the experience.

Many participants report feeling deeply relaxed afterward, emotionally lighter, and mentally clearer.

Who is breathwork especially good for?

For anyone who carries a lot of responsibility, often feels under pressure, or is constantly “in their head.”
Leaders, entrepreneurs, scientists, creatives, stressed-out people — anyone who keeps going but rarely really recovers.
If you know stress, restlessness, sleep issues, or decision fatigue, breathwork is a direct way back to clarity and energy.

How quickly will I notice a change?

Usually after the very first session.
Many people report better sleep, a calmer pulse, clearer thinking, and a deep sense of inner relief.
Over time, regular breathwork trains your nervous system — you become more resilient, more focused, and more emotionally balanced.

What sets you apart from other breathwork providers?

I combine scientific precision with practical depth.
As a PhD researcher in lung cancer (Oncology), a former management consultant, and an account director in a fast-paced marketing agency, I know high-performance environments firsthand.

I’ve traveled extensively to learn from teachers, meditation masters, and shamans — from India to the Amazon.
On top of that, I bring more than 25 years of martial arts, Kundalini Yoga, and several breathwork trainings with renowned breathwork pioneers and scientists.

I’m not a seeker who tries everything.
I’m an experimenting scientist and experienced teacher who tests, refines, and shares only what truly works.

My approach: clear, safe, embodied — science meets consciousness.

Can breathwork really boost my performance?

Yes — and there’s a clear physiological explanation for it.
With conscious breathing, you improve oxygen supply, CO₂ tolerance, and vagus nerve activity.
That means: less stress, steadier focus, and faster recovery.

How can I join a session?

It’s really simple:

  • Group sessions take place once a month in Basel.
  • Private 1:1 sessions can be booked on request.
  • If you want to go really deep, I also offer a breathwork training program.
